This next stage is being brought forward in partnership with two key delivery partners: Sage, an affordable housing provider, and private rental sector specialist Jensco.
The partners will deliver 207 new homes across these phases of the scheme, comprising 82 high-quality affordable homes for Sage and 125 PRS homes for Jensco. Additional open-market homes will also be delivered through Vistry’s Linden brand.
Andy Reynolds, managing director for Vistry South East Midlands, commented: “Starting work on the next two phases at Great Haddon is a key step in accelerating the delivery of much-needed new homes in this part of the East Midlands.
